Who is The Women’s Three for?

This system was developed for women across all life stages & designed to support three of the most critical nutrient needs for women. The Women’s Three supports daily energy, bone health, & long-term resilience.

What's included in The Women's Three box?

The bundle includes three supplements: iron+, calcium, & vitamin D3, all with the highest-quality ingredients in their most bioavailable forms & designed to support foundational women’s health.

Why is there an AM/PM protocol?

Iron & calcium compete for absorption, while vitamin D3 helps to aid absorption of calcium, so the targeted timing protocol maximizes impact & efficacy. Iron is taken in the morning, while calcium and vitamin D3 are taken in the evening.

Should I take these with food?

Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach, & our Iron+ includes Ferrochel iron (ferrous bisglycinate chelate), which is gentle on the stomach, but food is okay if needed. Calcium & vitamin D3 are well-absorbed with or without food.

Can I take this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

The Women’s Three is intended to support women’s nutrient needs across all phases of life, but individual requirements may vary during pregnancy & postpartum. Please consult your healthcare practitioner.
